Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Mechapro provides mobile vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair services at the customer's chosen location within our service area (Luton and a 25-mile radius). All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided in advance and include parts and labour unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Additional work discovered during a repair will be communicated to the customer with a revised quote before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash and bank transfer. A call-out fee of £20 applies to all bookings and is deducted from the final repair cost if work is carried out.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £20 call-out fee.

5. Warranty

All repairs carry a parts and labour warranty. The warranty period varies by service type and will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of the issue arising.

6. Liability

Mechapro carries full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or consequential losses.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle, including adequate space and lighting for the work to be carried out. The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.
