What are your working hours?
Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00, Friday: 08:00–12:30 and 14:30–17:00, Saturday: 09:00–14:30, Sunday: Closed.
Do I need to be present during the work?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a way to contact you, we can carry out the work while you're at home or in the office.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the work.
SERVICES & PRICING
How much does a diagnostic check cost?
We charge a £20 call-out and an £80 diagnostic. The £20 call-out secures the booking and is deductible from the final payment.
How much does a full service cost?
An interim service starts from £120 and a full service from £180. The exact price depends on your vehicle make and model — contact us for a specific quote.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all our repairs come with a parts and labour warranty. The warranty period depends on the type of work — we'll confirm this when we quote.
Can you service any car brand?
Yes, we service all major brands including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ford, Vauxhall, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS & INSURANCE
What qualifications do you have?
We hold IMI Level 3 certification, are DVSA registered MOT testers, and have Volvo manufacturer training.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Will my warranty be affected?
No. Under EU Block Exemption regulations, you can have your vehicle serviced by any qualified mechanic without affecting your manufacturer warranty, as long as OEM-grade parts are used — which we always do.

How do I book?

Can you come out the same day?
Same-day slots may be available depending on location, job type, and current bookings.
What if you can't fix it at my location?
For very complex jobs that require specialist equipment (like engine swaps), we'll discuss alternative options with you. This is rare — most repairs can be done on-site.
