Refund Policy

1. Diagnostic Services

The diagnostic fee covers the time and expertise required to identify faults. This fee is non-refundable once the diagnostic work has been carried out, as the service has been delivered. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total cost.

2. Repairs & Servicing

If you are not satisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days. We will inspect the work and, if the issue is related to our workmanship, we will rectify it at no additional cost. Refunds for parts are subject to supplier return policies.

3. Call-Out Fee

The £20 call-out fee covers travel and initial assessment. It is non-refundable if we attend the appointment. If you proceed with a repair, the call-out fee is deducted from the total cost. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur the call-out fee.

4. Parts Warranty

Parts fitted by Mechapro carry a manufacturer warranty. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost for parts or labour. Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a concern, please contact us at info@mechapro.co.uk or call 07918 661535. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 working days.

6. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if services are not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
